UF4D employs a multi-pronged strategy for development because it recognizes that no single project, campaign, community, or individual is ever going to be the same. These strategies include education and sensitization, capacity building and training workshops, advocacy and behavioral change messaging, as well as direct service delivery through volunteerism as the primary driver of sustainable and lasting change in the communities across Northern Ghana. Volunteerism is the key driver of sustainable and lasting change in the communities across Northern Ghana. Environmental issues are complex and span a variety of areas. To create an inclusive environment that ensures achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals we must partner with organizations from private sector, civil society, academia and industry to ensure consistency and efficiency in actions taken.
